📘 ZenCode – Gizlilik Politikası

ZenCode, kullanıcı gizliliğine ve mesaj güvenliğine önem veren bir Android mobil uygulamasıdır. Uygulamanın standart Encode/Decode işlemleri cihaz üzerinde gerçekleştirilir.

Bununla birlikte, Zen-Chat özelliğinin çalışabilmesi için internet bağlantısı ve çevrim içi hizmet altyapısı kullanılabilir.

1. Toplanan ve İşlenen Bilgiler

ZenCode, kullanılan özelliklere bağlı olarak aşağıdaki bilgileri işleyebilir.

1.1 Profil Bilgileri

İsteğe bağlı e-mail adresi
Profil fotoğrafı

Profil bilgileri, uygulamanın ilgili özelliklerinin çalışması amacıyla cihaz üzerinde kullanılabilir.

1.2 Mesaj İçerikleri

Kullanıcının yazdığı mesajlar
Encode / Decode edilen mesajlar
Kullanıcının isteğe bağlı olarak kaydettiği Encode kaydı

ZenCode'nin standart Encode/Decode işlemleri cihaz üzerinde gerçekleştirilir.

1.3 Rehber Bilgileri

Kullanıcı izin verdiği takdirde uygulama cihaz rehberindeki aşağıdaki bilgileri kullanabilir:

Ad ve soyad
GSM numarası
E-mail adresi (cihaz destekliyorsa)

Rehber bilgileri yalnızca GSM doğrulaması ve kullanıcıya hızlı seçim olanağı sağlamak amacıyla cihaz üzerinde işlenir.

1.4 Kamera / Galeri

Kullanıcının izniyle profil fotoğrafı çekmek veya cihaz galerisinden fotoğraf seçmek için kamera veya galeri erişimi kullanılabilir.

Profil fotoğrafları ZenCode tarafından ilgili özellikler kapsamında cihaz üzerinde saklanabilir.

1.5 SMS Onay Kodu – GSM Doğrulama

GSM doğrulaması için harici bir SMS servisi tarafından gönderilen onay kodu kullanıcı tarafından manuel olarak ZenCode'ye girilir.
ZenCode SMS göndermez.
ZenCode gelen SMS mesajlarını otomatik olarak okumaz.
Uygulama READ_SMS ve RECEIVE_SMS izinlerini kullanmaz.
Kullanıcının girdiği onay kodu cihaz içerisinde lokal olarak işlenir ve ZenCode tarafından üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez.

2. Zen-Chat

Zen-Chat internet bağlantısı kullanarak anlık mesajlaşma hizmeti sağlar.

Zen-Chat, kullanıcıların ZenCode içerisinde internet üzerinden mesajlaşmasına olanak sağlayan bir özelliktir.

Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan mesaj, Zen-Chat üzerinden gönderilmeden önce ZenCode'nin Encode mekanizması kullanılarak Encode edilir.

Encode edilmiş mesaj, alıcıya ulaştırılabilmesi amacıyla internet üzerinden kullanılan çevrim içi hizmet altyapısına iletilir.

Gönderen Cihaz → Encode → Supabase → Alıcı Cihaz → Decode

Firebase / FCM → Yeni Mesaj Bildirimi

2.1 Supabase Kullanımı

ZenCode, Zen-Chat mesajlarının gönderilmesi ve alıcıya ulaştırılması amacıyla Supabase hizmetinden yararlanabilir.

Zen-Chat kapsamında Supabase altyapısında aşağıdaki bilgiler geçici olarak işlenebilir:

Encode edilmiş mesaj
Mesaj gönderim zamanı

Mesaj Saklama Süresi: Zen-Chat kapsamında sunucu altyapısında tutulan Encode edilmiş mesajlar, mesajın gönderilmesinden itibaren en fazla 3 saat süreyle saklanır ve ardından otomatik olarak silinir.

2.2 Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

ZenCode, Zen-Chat kapsamında alıcıya yeni bir mesaj geldiğini bildirmek amacıyla Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) hizmetini kullanabilir.

Firebase/FCM'nin amacı, alıcı cihazda yeni bir Zen-Chat mesajı bulunduğuna ilişkin bir push notification göstermektir.

Push notification içerisinde mesajın kendisi veya mesajın Encode edilmiş içeriği gönderilmez. Bildirim, yalnızca yeni bir mesaj bulunduğunu kullanıcıya bildirmek amacıyla kullanılır.

Bildirim hizmetinin çalışması için Firebase tarafından sağlanan teknik bildirim bilgileri ve cihazla ilişkili bildirim tanımlayıcıları işlenebilir.

2.3 Zen-Chat Mesaj Güvenliği

Zen-Chat mesajları sunucu altyapısına gönderilmeden önce Encode edilir.

Sunucu tarafında mesajın Encode edilmiş hali bulunur. Mesajın okunabilir içeriğinin görüntülenmesi için gerekli Decode işlemi alıcı cihazında gerçekleştirilir.

ZenCode'nin amacı, Zen-Chat mesajlarını kalıcı bir mesaj arşivi olarak saklamak değildir.

ZenCode kullanıcı verilerini reklam amacıyla satmaz veya üçüncü taraflara pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmaz.

4. Veri Saklama

Standart Encode/Decode işlemleri cihaz üzerinde gerçekleştirilir.
Zen-Chat mesajları internet üzerinden çevrim içi hizmet altyapısına iletilebilir.
Zen-Chat kapsamında sunucuda tutulan Encode edilmiş mesajlar en fazla 3 saat sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
Mesaj gönderim zamanı, mesajın iletilmesi ve saklama süresinin yönetilmesi amacıyla işlenebilir.
Firebase/FCM tarafından kullanılan bildirim bilgileri, bildirim hizmetinin çalışması amacıyla işlenebilir.
Kullanıcının cihazında yerel olarak saklanan profil ve diğer bilgiler, uygulama içerisindeki ilgili seçenekler kullanılarak silinebilir.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

ZenCode, belirli özelliklerin çalışması için üçüncü taraf hizmetlerden yararlanabilir.

Supabase: Zen-Chat mesajlarının çevrim içi olarak iletilmesi ve geçici olarak saklanması.
Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging: Yeni Zen-Chat mesajları hakkında push notification gönderilmesi.
WhatsApp: Kullanıcının isteği doğrultusunda mesaj paylaşımı.
E-mail uygulamaları: Kullanıcının isteği doğrultusunda mesaj paylaşımı.
Diğer iletişim uygulamaları: Kullanıcının tercihine bağlı mesaj paylaşımı.

Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikaları ve veri işleme kuralları bulunmaktadır.

ZenCode, üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıların kendi sistemleri içerisindeki veri işleme faaliyetlerini kontrol etmez.

6. Güvenlik

ZenCode, kullanıcı bilgilerinin ve mesajların güvenliğini korumak amacıyla uygun teknik güvenlik yöntemlerini kullanmayı amaçlar.

Zen-Chat mesajları çevrim içi hizmet altyapısına gönderilmeden önce Encode edilir.

Bununla birlikte, internet üzerinden gerçekleştirilen hiçbir veri aktarımının mutlak olarak %100 güvenli olduğu garanti edilemez.

7. Loglama ve Arka Kapı

ZenCode kullanıcıların kişisel iletişimlerini gizlice izlemek veya kullanıcı verilerini gizli şekilde toplamak amacıyla tasarlanmamıştır.

Uygulamada kullanıcı iletişimlerini gizlice izlemek amacıyla arka kapı veya gizli kayıt mekanizması bulunması amaçlanmamaktadır.

8. Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK / GDPR)

Kullanıcılar, yürürlükteki mevzuat kapsamında sahip oldukları haklar çerçevesinde:

Kendi verileri hakkında bilgi talep etme
Yanlış bilgilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
Uygun olduğu durumlarda verilerin silinmesini isteme
Yerel olarak saklanan profil bilgilerini silme

haklarına sahip olabilir.

9. Çocukların Gizliliği

ZenCode çocuklardan bilinçli olarak kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamaz.

10. Gizlilik Politikası Değişiklikleri

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamanın özelliklerinde, teknik altyapısında veya ilgili mevzuatta meydana gelen değişikliklere bağlı olarak güncellenebilir.

Güncellenen politika bu sayfada yayınlandığı tarihten itibaren geçerli olur.

📘 ZenCode – Privacy Policy

ZenCode is an Android mobile application designed with a focus on user privacy and message security. Standard Encode/Decode operations are performed locally on the user's device.

However, the Zen-Chat feature may require an Internet connection and online service infrastructure.

1. Information Collected and Processed

Depending on the features used, ZenCode may process the following information.

1.1 Profile Information

GSM / telephone number
Optional name
Optional email address
Profile photo

1.2 Message Content

Messages written by the user
Encoded / Decoded messages
One optional Encode record saved by the user

Standard Encode/Decode operations are performed locally on the user's device.

1.3 Contacts

If permission is granted, ZenCode may access contact information stored on the device.

Name and surname
GSM / telephone number
Email address, if supported by the device

Contact information is processed locally to support GSM verification and convenient contact selection.

1.4 Camera / Gallery

With the user's permission, camera or gallery access may be used to capture or select a profile photo.

Profile photos may be stored locally on the device for use by the relevant ZenCode features.

1.5 SMS Verification Code

For GSM verification, the user manually enters a verification code received from an external SMS service.
ZenCode does not send SMS messages.
ZenCode does not automatically read incoming SMS messages.
The application does not use the READ_SMS or RECEIVE_SMS permissions.
The verification code entered by the user is processed locally and is not transmitted by ZenCode to third parties.

2. Zen-Chat

Zen-Chat provides real-time messaging using an Internet connection.

Zen-Chat allows users to communicate with each other through ZenCode over the Internet.

Before transmission, the message created by the user is Encoded using ZenCode's Encode mechanism.

The Encoded message may then be transmitted through the online service infrastructure in order to deliver it to the intended recipient.

Sender Device → Encode → Supabase → Recipient Device → Decode

Firebase / FCM → New Message Notification

2.1 Use of Supabase

ZenCode may use Supabase to transmit and temporarily store Zen-Chat messages for delivery to the intended recipient.

The following information may be temporarily processed through the Supabase infrastructure:

Encoded message
Message sending timestamp

Message Retention: Encoded Zen-Chat messages stored within the service infrastructure are automatically deleted after a maximum period of 3 hours from the time they are sent.

2.2 Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

ZenCode may use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to notify the recipient that a new Zen-Chat message has arrived.

The purpose of Firebase/FCM is to display a push notification informing the recipient that a new Zen-Chat message is available.

The message itself, including its Encoded content, is not included in the push notification. The notification is intended only to inform the user that a new message is available.

Technical notification information and device-related notification identifiers may be processed by Firebase as necessary to provide the notification service.

2.3 Zen-Chat Message Security

Zen-Chat messages are Encoded before being transmitted to the online service infrastructure.

The server-side system receives the Encoded form of the message. The required Decode operation is performed on the recipient's device in order to display the readable message content.

ZenCode does not intend to maintain a permanent archive of Zen-Chat messages.

3. Purposes of Processing

Performing Encode / Decode operations
Providing message security
Displaying profile information
Providing quick GSM/contact selection
Providing Zen-Chat messaging
Delivering Zen-Chat messages to the intended recipient
Providing notifications for new Zen-Chat messages
Sharing messages through WhatsApp, email, or other applications
Performing GSM verification

ZenCode does not sell user information or share user information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Standard Encode/Decode operations are performed locally on the user's device.
Zen-Chat messages may be transmitted through online service infrastructure.
Encoded Zen-Chat messages stored on the service infrastructure are automatically deleted after a maximum of 3 hours.
The message sending timestamp may be processed for message delivery and retention management.
Firebase/FCM notification information may be processed as necessary to provide push notifications.
Locally stored profile information and other local data may be deleted through the relevant application features.

5. Third-Party Services

ZenCode may use third-party services to provide certain features.

Supabase: Online transmission and temporary storage of Zen-Chat messages.
Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging: Push notifications informing users about new Zen-Chat messages.
WhatsApp: Message sharing when selected by the user.
Email applications: Message sharing when selected by the user.
Other communication applications: Message sharing according to the user's choice.

Third-party service providers have their own privacy policies and data-processing practices.

ZenCode is not responsible for data processing performed by third-party services within their own systems.

6. Security

ZenCode is designed to use appropriate technical security measures to help protect user information and messages.

Zen-Chat messages are Encoded before being transmitted to the online service infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Logging and Backdoors

ZenCode is not designed to secretly monitor users' personal communications or secretly collect user information.

The application is not intended to contain a backdoor or hidden recording mechanism for secretly monitoring user communications.

8. User Rights (KVKK / GDPR)

Subject to applicable law, users may have rights including:

Requesting information about their personal data
Requesting correction of inaccurate information
Requesting deletion where legally applicable
Deleting locally stored profile information

9. Children's Privacy

ZenCode does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's features, technical infrastructure, or applicable legal requirements change.

Updated versions become effective when published on this page.
